The Colorado River Authority of Utah anticipates holding its first board meeting on July 30, 2021. Additional information will be posted on this page when available.
Board meetings will be held on a schedule yet to be determined and are open to the public in accordance with the Utah Open Meetings Act. Closed meetings may be held for statutory purposes in accordance with the Colorado River Amendments (HB 297), such as discussing an interstate claim to the use of the water in the Colorado River system or revealing a legal strategy related to the state’s claim. Meeting agendas are posted at least 24 hours in advance.
