Dustin Jansen

Dustin Jansen grew up on the Navajo reservation and is an enrolled member of the Navajo Nation. Dustin currently serves as the Director for the Utah Division of Indian Affairs. Prior to this service, Dustin served as a Tribal Court Judge for the Confederated Tribes of the Goshute Reservation; pro tem Judge for the Pueblo of Zuni; Hearing Officer for the Navajo Nation Office of Hearings and Appeals; and as an Associate Professor at Utah Valley University where he serves as the Coordinator for the American Indian Studies minor. Dustin and his wife, Chauma Kee-Jansen have just celebrated their 25th wedding anniversary, and reside in Mapleton, Utah with their four children.
