Cadi Sande

Cadi Sande is the manager of administration and finance for the Colorado River Authority. Most recently, she was a senior account manager in the private sector, but she previously spent three years working in the public sector as a financial operations specialist and support services coordinator in the Governor’s Office of Planning and Budget.

Born and raised in Arizona, Cadi relocated to Logan, UT, to attend Utah State University. She graduated with a bachelor’s degree in political science and is in her last semester of the MPA program through Southern Utah University. In her free time, Cadi enjoys spending time with her husband, biking, and listening to investigative journalism podcasts.
